INTRODUCTION
Southern Border Provinces Administrative Center (SBPAC) together with Yala Province, Ministry of Tourism and Sports, by the Sports Authority of Thailand have collaborated to organize a world-class trail running event. Amazean Jungle Thailand by UTMB® has been accepted to be part of the UTMB® World Series, as the second event in Thailand. The objectives are to promote sport and tourism destination, in Betong District, Yala Province, as well as nearby provinces. Moreover, the event is aimed to attract international athletes to participate the race, create impact to the local economy to the southern border provinces.
